About Operator Training

• OSHA mandates that forklift operators be trained
• Training must be SITE and EQUIPMENT specific
• OSHA requires training PRIOR to operation
• Re-evaluation / Refresher training must be done at least EVERY 3 YEARS
• Training must include classroom instruction AND hands-on evaluation
• All training by Complete Safety Concepts is conducted at your site, around your schedule

• Fuel and battery safety
• Written multiple coice exam for review
• Hands-on driving of each peice of pertinent equipment

• Wall Certificates for each operator
• Laminated Wallet Cards for each operator
• Copies of the Certificate and Wallet Cards
• Attendance sheet

• Driving evaluaitons with comments

Complete Safety Concepts will contact the company at least every 3 years to remind you that operators are due for Refresher Operator Training as required by OSHA.
